USB-PD triggers/dummies can be used to extract different powerrails relatively easily form USB-PD enabled wall adaptors or powerbanks. Compared to USB-QC, PD has more max power to offer, though some types of the QC standard have finer voltage tuning. For more infos on the standards, see here for PD and here for QC.

There is a good guide on the recently availible USB-PD dummies/triggers here, including infos about usage. There seem to be different types, some with buttons, some without. The ones without seem to have two of the possible four voltages only and Are availible in two varieties: 9V/12V and 15V/20V Source
