• oAuth data - Discord username (for example mintsoft) and your email address used to create your discord account
• IP address – whilst access logs are disabled in the webserver daemon (lighttpd), error logs are collected. In the event of a server-error, these logs may contain your IP address, useragent, HTTP referer and the value of any HTTP request headers sent in the request. Additionally, notifications are sent to administrators when user accounts are created which includes the originating IP address and user-agent headers.

• oAuth data is collected for the purposes of maintaining your account on wiki.technical.family; without the email address or username, it would not be possible for you to login to an account.
• IP address/error logs are collected for the purpose of troubleshooting and debugging any technical issues.

Data will only be used for the purposes of maintaining and running this wiki, at no point will any data be sold. Likewise the contents/contributions to the wiki are deemed to be under the CC Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 International Licence.

• oAuth data is retained for as long as your account exists; you are free to delete your own account by using the option in the user profile page. Alternatively you can @Mintsoft on Discord and your account can be deleted manually.
• Logs are retained for 14 weeks at which point they are “rotated away”.

• Data is stored on dedicated physical server hardware within OVH in France.
